As of March 31, 2015, the Western Union branded services were offered through a combined network of over 500,000 agent locations in 200 countries and territories and over 100,000 ATMs and kiosks.
As one of the largest money-transfer companies in the world, raising awareness of its service offerings was no tall order for Western Union. However, growing its list of email subscribers for customer relationship marketing programs proved to be a more difficult challenge.
