A tradition that began as an annual service day has grown into a year-long commitment to giving back. Our people volunteer in schools and food shelters, participate in Cycle for Survival, and select a new cause or charity to rally behind as an organization each month. Since transitioning to work-from-home, we’ve also been raising funds for those in need and participating in virtual service partnerships like online tutoring.
We believe service is inherently social and welcome our peers to participate in our philanthropic initiatives. Over the past 10 years, we have hosted our annual golf outing to bring members of our industry together to help raise over one million dollars to support those in need in our communities.

We all have a responsibility to make the world a more equitable place. In our industry, that means supporting diversity and providing the tools and resources for all businesses to reach their full potential. As part of Fluent’s ongoing DEI initiative, the Business Empowerment Program is designed to help minority and women-owned businesses succeed in today’s digital economy.
Our people have big dreams, and at Fluent, we do part our to make them come true. In 2018, we launched Fluent Dream Grants – an initiative designed to give every Fluent employee the chance to pursue their passions. From completing a 9-day bike challenge across Tanzania to providing access to clean water in Ghana, Dream Grants sit at the intersection of service and personal growth.
Fluent regularly matches employee donations because the causes that matter to our people, matter to us too. We are proud to extend the reach and impact of the great work our team is already doing in their communities.
Having the support of a well-respected company like Fluent calls attention to the work of Sheltering Arms and the communities we serve. This helps to inspire others to educate themselves on the challenges and inequities our families face and to get involved in whatever capacity they are able”
