We are looking for a Senior Account Executive/Sales Director to lead the expansion of Fluent’s ad sales efforts across its consumer digital marketing services by generating new advertiser relationships. The right candidate will focus their efforts around the expansion of Fluent’s ReConnect ™ product.

ReConnect ™, is the first solution that enables marketers to retarget site visitors for the specific purpose of driving new database opt-ins and enhanced consumer insights at a massive scale.

Fluent is seeking an energetic self-starter who is pro-active in driving revenue, increasing their client base and account retention. The AE must have a proven track record in online media with a focus on driving email acquisition. They will have significant contacts with agencies and brands active in web, CRM, direct response and mobile advertising. A strong candidate will be results driven and is committed to creating new business opportunities. They will manage the satisfaction of client accounts and ensure service level agreements are maintained.

Responsibilities

  • The Solicitation and recruitment of new advertisers across various consumer verticals to include but not limited to: eCommerce, Travel, Media & Entertainment etc. through cold calling, emailing, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Develop, manage and report on individual and team sales pipeline aligned to the achievement of quarterly revenue goals for the company.
  • Update and create sales proposals, pitches, presentations, weekly sales pipeline updates and reports.
  • Ensure campaign and program execution against key performance indicators, in partnership with Account Management, Ad Ops and Product Management teams.
  • Represent advertiser and sales perspective on new product improvements with product teams and review meetings.
  • Support marketing efforts via participation at market events, client summits, developing client case studies, and so forth.
  • Critique advertisers on their CRM processes in order to enhance overall program efficiencies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience as an Account Executive at a top Online Marketing Company or Agency.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM landscape.
  • Proven track record driving large scale, strategic customer acquisition programs for enterprise clients
  • Candidates should have a deep understanding of Online Media, Mobile, and Agency business model and a strong desire to grow their sales and management skills.

We are looking for an Ad Operations Coordinator to work directly as the “right hand” to the Account Management team members, offering account support and is responsible for supporting the success of Fluent client accounts. In this role, you will learn how to establish relationships with clients, develop an understanding of client needs, coordinate campaign launches, track budgets, and monitor campaign activity.

You will be in charge of production, reporting and coordinating with other internal teams, such as Sales, Media and Technical Support Teams, to assist Account Managers with all projects. The ideal candidate will work with the teams to ensure delivery, goals and objectives put forth by the client are met.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and thoroughly understand Fluents’ business objectives including our array of product offerings, and being able to effectively apply it through internal and external interactions
  • Act as liaison between sales and account manager during the onboarding process of new clients
  • Support day-to-day client interactions and support Account Management
  • Track and monitor campaigns to ensure goals are being met
  • Set up and maintain master advertiser document to include key account updates and communications
  • Assist with monthly billing
  • Pull internal reports and assist in client reporting
  • Participate in campaign strategy and targeting; identify areas for growth within accounts

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional experience at a media, tech or digital marketing company
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers as well as engaging with clients; ability to channel both skill-sets as required
