At Fluent, we offer a flexible PTO policy with no fixed annual cap. Time off is planned in partnership with your manager to support both personal well-being and team priorities. Our beautiful HQ in downtown NYC offers an amazing backdrop for weekly catered lunches, celebratory gatherings, and frequent all-hands meetings. With our staff decentralized across North America, we love the chance to see each other in person but also connect through annual company wide team building events, lunch and learns, DEI events, and volunteer activities. Offered both in person and remotely.
